Cooking has been a long time passion of mine. I loved watching my mother cook when I was a child. Cooking big meals for other people brought so much joy to them, and to her. Think big, bubbling pots of red gravy on Sundays, huge spreads for holidays with every side dish you could think of. I cherish the memories of her convincing my friends to sit down and have a plate of whatever delicious dish she had created. She is a constant inspiration for me.

After I got an Ooni outdoor pizza oven in 2020, I fell in love with making pizza. Over the past year I have had opportunities to bring my set-up on the go. Events I have worked include a rehearsal dinner, a business’s anniversary party, and a block party - I’m up for anything!

When I throw a party, and you ask me what to bring, the answer is always - just yourself.
